About the Design

Val Camilletti was a great part of the Oak Park, Illinois community. Through the record store she owned she was able to share her love of music with everyone she came in contact with. She passed away in July of 2018. I was lucky enough to have been chosen to create her memorial mural and this is the art that it is based on. The mural is located on South Blvd just East of Oak Park Ave. in Oak Park, IL. She is missed.
